The Power Station #1
The Power Station # 1 is a unique warm-up and stretching device for all sports. Every serious player knows how important it is to prepare their body before they play and practice. POWER STATION # 2

The newest
addition to the Natural Power line, the Power Station # 2 is an indoor machine with 2 main uses. In the spirit of the original machine it's first potential useage is as a warm-up and stretching device for indoor sports and workouts. Much of the original machine is held over in the new design but #2 has an enhanced resistance system incorporating pulleys for smoother motion as well as easy to use caribnas for quick resiatnce adjustment.

But the reason why its design was modified was to facilitate a completely new rehabilitation and wellbeing program conceptualized by Peter Chapman called Posture Therapy. Posture Therapy is a routine of 22 execises, 12 for strenthening and 10 for lengthening the key muscles of the body and core musculature that dictate a persons posture and body balance. So many of us suffer from back, neck and joint pain that can be traced to poor posture and related muscular tension. Regular use of the Power Station #2 and its Posture Therapy program and much of the postural distortions are relieved, the bodies musculature is conditioned and brought back into balance and the pain is reduced or eliminated as a result.

The Power Station muscular therapy and flexibility machine is available in heavy duty clinical version as well as one for home use. The machine has the capability of attaching to the wall, floor or inside a door-jam.
