Thanks for taking a look at my site. As my nickname alludes to, I am a fitness professional and also a philosopher. I am equally interested in the practice as well as the theory of fitness, athletic performance, wellness and quality of life.
 
As a former professional bodybuilder who took his own body to extremes and almost lost his health for good, I understand what my clients are going through as they struggle to find a decent quality of health and fitness balanced with life's many challenges. We are all looking for that ideal balance as we strive for our goals, attempt to take care of our families, deal with our problems and still try to enjoy ourselves while keeping our health and physique in check.

I still enjoy helping someone who is completely new to fitness reach their goals as much as I do when working with serious athletes. We all have our strengths and weaknesses, our inspirations and our downfalls. What I love to do is find the keys to an individuals potential and help them realize just how strong and focused they can be.
Results are easy to come by when we harness our powers. It is just a matter of getting on the right track and developing the positive mental attitude to stay there until our goals are realized.

Over the years I have developed a very effective formula that I use with everyone I work with, just tweaking things a little to match an individual's circumstances. With a training program that focuses on developing a balanced body through core strength, flexibility, cardiovascular fitness, agility and muscular strength coupled with a program for a balanced life, I have found that amazing results are possible without huge changes in lifestyle or great cost.

All you really need is a floor to exercise on, a will to improve and a planner to organize your time and plot your direction. You are after all, how you think and how you spend your time. Improvements in these areas can change your whole life experience. I always feel privileged when I can help a person change for the better and realize some of their power that is held within.

Thre are 2 models to choose from. One is for indoor use, for warming up and stretching prior to gym work, sports or use in rehab facilities, spas as well as individual home use. The second and original unit was designed for outdoor use for warming up, stretching and conditioniong for sports such as golf, tennis, baseball etc. Check out the Power Station page for more details.
